4homes – COVID19 Update

We hope that you, your, family, loved ones and colleagues remain well.

Following the latest government announcements we want to reassure you that 4homes ltd remain operational.  As we are in another National Lockdown we will remain operational, with a number of restrictions;

• our design teams are continuing to work on all aspects of home interior projects including kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, flooring and tiling works.  This is being done from our design offices and remotely.  We have all necessary technology in place to support our designers in providing clients with complete design, quotation and presentation services remotely.  Please call 01395 578763 to discuss your home interior projects.
• our main Sidmouth showroom will be closed to the public in line with government requirements.
• retail sales is operational on a call and collect basis for all kitchen, bedroom and bathroom supplies – please call 01395 578763 or email [email protected] to place your order
• our trade sales service will be operating on a call and collect basis for all tile and flooring goods.  Please call 01395 578763 or email [email protected] to place your order  – our teams will advise on collection and/or delivery procedures at the time of order.  Our physical collection service is available from 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday and on Saturdays by prior arrangement.
• our site installation teams will remain operational in consultation with our clients, staff, sub-contractors and suppliers. We will continue to operate within the guidance issued by the government and public health England. In accordance with the 4homes COVID-19 operational procedures we will ensure that we maintain our COVID Secure status.  We will be prioritising existing works already in progress plus essential repair works.

Throughout the coming weeks we will continually monitor the government recommendations and the changing needs of our clients, colleagues and partners in order that we can maintain safe operating procedures.
